Returns
- Return window: You may request a return within 2 days of delivery.
- Condition: Item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories.
- Non-returnable: Customized/made-to-order items, clearance/discounted items (unless damaged/defective on arrival).

Packaging & eligibility checklist
✓ Original box & inner packing • ✓ Manuals/tags intact • ✓ No stains, scratches, drilling or installation marks • ✓ Serial/labels unaltered
Refunds
- Inspection: After we receive the return, please allow 2–4 business days for quality check.
- Refund method: Original payment method or store credit—your choice at request time.
- Timeline: Bank/card processors typically take 7–10 business days to post the refund.
- Original shipping: Non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a quick replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- We will replace or refund at no additional cost once verified.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer responsibility for change-of-mind/unsuitable returns.
- MasterSpace covers shipping for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
